Original Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- Free from odors, stains, or damage
- In original packaging if possible
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit for the eligible amount.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange:
- Contact us at support@lovecozyfind.com with your order number
- Let us know what you'd like to exchange for
- We'll confirm availability and send you return instructions
- Once we receive your item, we'll ship the new one out
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Gift cards
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number and we'll make it right immediately.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the incorrect product was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
